Product Description
It is 1992, and railfan Bob Ernst set out to document Kansas City's largest railroad presence, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe. We begin our look at the Santa Fe in Kansas City at Argentine Yard and from there visit many railfan locations around the Kansas City area. 1992 was prior to merger mania and se we see a lot of fallen flags too. This program was shot using professional equipment of the time, but is not up to the clarity of today's high-definition video. It is however an excellent snapshot of an important time and place in the nation's railroad history.
