Our Policies:

Broken Knuckle Video Productions strives to present the material we have filmed and/or obtained from others into an enjoyable program.  BKVP programs have often been favorably reviewed in national railroad publications and customers leave positive feedback on a regular basis. However it rarely happens that someone wants to return a program due to the fact they did not like it, or a portion of it for one reason or another.  We are sorry but we can not accept returns and give refunds for that reason.

We use only premium quality DVD-R & BDR (Blu-ray) media, and duplicate our programs on professional stand-alone duplicators.

We are happy to accept the return of a DVD disk for replacement in the case of defect that is not the result of the mis-handling or abuse from the customer.  Also, as careful as we try to be, mis-packaging or DVD lableing errors can occur, and of course replacement(s) will be made.  Please contact us before returning any program.  In most cases we ask that only the defective disk be returned.

When we first started producing our programs on DVD, we used paper labels on the disks.  A lesson learned quickly, but there are still some disks out there with those paper labels, and they likely will no longer play correctly.  BKVP will replace any program that has a paper label whether it still plays or not.  Once again, please contact us before making a request for replacement.
